How to request deletion

Contact us directly using the details below, and clearly state that you want your account and data deleted.

To confirm the request is genuinely yours, we may ask you to verify the email or phone number on the account before proceeding.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile: name, email, phone number and login credentials.
• Your saved KYC details (BVN/NIN), if you submitted any.
• Any saved payment method details held on our side (not your bank's or card issuer's own records).

What we may retain, and why

Completed transaction records may be retained for a limited period after deletion, where we are legally required to keep financial records for tax, audit or fraud-prevention purposes, even after your account itself is deleted. This data is kept only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are typically processed within a few business days of being confirmed.
